  8. H20 Labs is a software development group open to Turbo Pascal programmers. It

  12. I have just concluded the research phase for an upcoming Might & Magic III 
  13. character editor. This will be one of my most intense "cheat" programs, and a
  14. public release is expected by summer 1992.

  33. SimEdit allows you to edit the funds in a Simcity city up to about $64 
  34. million.

  38. SimEdit has been tested extensively and contains NO known bugs. It doesn't 
  39. contain any "tricky" code, and will probably work for just about everyone. 
  40. However I won't be responsible for any damages incurred through SimEdit's use.

  44. SimEdit is simple to use. The easiest thing to do is copy it to a directory 
  45. listed in your PATH= statement so you can use it whenever you want. Follow the
  46. on-screen prompts to edit your funds. If you have trouble, see the Technical 
  47. Support section for instructions on obtaining help.
